Smoked Salmon Tartine with Caviar Cream Cheese
4oz Cold Smoked Salmon
4 Tbsp Zingerman's Caviar Cream Cheese
2 Slices Toasted Bread (or Toasted Bagels)
Thinly Sliced Cucumbers, Radish, and Fresh Dill for Garnish
Spread two tablespoons of the Zingerman's Caviar Cream Cheese on each slice of Toast
Top each toast with two ounces of cold smoked salmon
Garnish using the sliced cucumbers, radish, and fresh dill.
Serve. For a little added depth, drizzle with a good quality olive oil beore serving.
