There's nothing quite like fresh grilled Mahi Mahi, especially when paired with some simple fresh flavors. While you can't beat a good fish taco, all too often, tostadas get a little overlooked. While you could definitely do this same preparation in a taco, we definitely recommend giving the tostada a chance!
The other nice thing about this recipe is that it relies on a premade salsa verde for the base. If you want to make your own, definitely go for it, however, the locally made Hell Raising Salsa Verde (now available at Coastal Seafoods) makes a fantastic base for this delicious sauce.
