This is always a seasonal favorite and a huge hit for parties! You can easily make this using your favorite salmon as a quick, simple, make ahead dish perfect for celebrations with friends and family!
Add mayo, sour cream, vinegar, dill, and chives to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Season with salt to taste
Place the salmon fillet on a well oiled, foil lined baking sheet. Add enough water to the baking tray to fill approximately 1/8" and add half your lemon wheels to the water around the fish
Drizzle the top of the salmon with olive oil and season with salt
Place into a pre-heat 425 degree over for approximately 15 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked through to 145 degrees
Remove fish from the oven and allow to cool to room temp before chilling in a refridgerator for at least 2 hours
Serve with the sauce and a nice green salad or some roasted vegetables. Garnish with additional lemon wheels
